Shipping and Returns

 

SHIPPING PROCESS: 

We currently ship within the U.S.A and Canada, UK and France as well.   We ship from New York, LA and New Jersey.  We are currently working on shipping fully internationally but we will love to give the best shipping deals.  We do have a standard shipping fees for each region.   Orders will be shipped out and delivered between Monday to Friday only; no weekends.  Once an order has been placed, It should be packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. See shipping times below:

Our customers are billed once their item is shipped.  Once a customer's order has been shipped out, they will be able to track it and all the information will be provided in the email notifications sent to them.  

 

SHIPPING PARTNERS:

 We Use mainly DHL, USPS and UPS including other trusted Courier services.

 

DFL RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:  Please read thouroughly.

We currently do notoffer returns or refunds, but we do offer exchanges or full store credit.  Shipping charges are not accepted with store credit unfortunately.  Our policy below, applies to online purchases made through www.ShopDFL.com.

If DéColleté Fashion Lounge sends the wrong order, a customer may return it only if it has its original tags and it has been unworn within 1 week of recieving the order. In this case, the customer will recieve the full amount of online store credit n their account and the return shipping costs will be covered by DéColleté Fashion Lounge or if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the items have been worn with the tags not present, DéColleté Fashion Lounge will not accept the return.

Purchases made with gift cards are non exchangeable.

 

EXCHANGES: 

Exhanges are permitted within 1 week of a customer recieving their orders.  Again, DéColleté Fashion Lounge only permits exchanges if we sent a customer the wrong item or size from what was ordered.  If the exchange is to be done fromt he customer changing their order, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
